€1,490 / month + VAT (includes up to 12 hours; extra €120/h + VAT)

Excludes

  • Open-ended feature development
  • Large migrations without a separate sprint

Limits

  • Included: up to 12 hours / month
  • Response time: 1 business day (emergency/out-of-hours billed separately)
  • Small fixes: scoped tasks up to 2 hours; larger work becomes a sprint
  • Out-of-hours: best-effort and billed at €150/h + VAT (only by agreement)
